Why is there a waitlist?
We’re excited to see so much interest in supervision and want to be intentional in creating the best experience for everyone who joins our network. We carefully prioritize certain states, specialties, and license types so that associates in underserved areas are matched with the right supervisor, and supervisors have balanced, meaningful opportunities. By timing onboarding thoughtfully, you’ll have a strong chance to support an associate right away if its a right fit.
