Thank you so much for considering becoming a Motivo supervisor! We’re thrilled about your interest in joining our community. Below you’ll find information on how our waitlist works and what happens after you apply.
What happens after I apply?
Once you submit your application, you’ll be added to our supervisor waitlist. Our team reviews applications regularly and considers:
- The states where we currently need additional supervisors
- Your license type
- The client populations you support
- Any specialties you bring
Because of this, you may not hear from us right away — but please don’t worry! We deeply appreciate your interest, and we will reach out to you when we have supervision opportunities that are a fit.
Why is there a waitlist?
We’re excited to see so much interest in supervision and want to be intentional in creating the best experience for everyone who joins our network. We carefully prioritize certain states, specialties, and license types so that associates in underserved areas are matched with the right supervisor, and supervisors have balanced, meaningful opportunities. By timing onboarding thoughtfully, you’ll have a strong chance to support an associate right away if its a right fit.
What are the next steps?
If an opportunity aligns with your profile and our current needs, our team will reach out directly via email Here’s what to expect:
- We’ll contact you to schedule a 20-minute zoom meeting, which will give us a chance to get to know understand your clinical and supervision experience and provide an overview of how it works to partner as a supervisor.
- You can ask any clarifying questions at this time to confirm Motivo is the right fit for you.
- If it’s a match on both ends - you will onboard to the network!
