A qualified referral is an organization confirmed as a genuine fit for Motivo — specifically, a community provider, group practice, health system, or behavioral health organization that currently employs pre-licensed therapists. You’ll receive $100 at this stage.
When do I receive the $500 reward?
The $500 payout is triggered once your referred organization has signed up with Motivo and completed their first supervision session — that’s when we know they’ve truly gotten started.
How many organizations can I refer?
As many as you’d like. There’s no limit, and every qualifying referral is eligible for the full reward.
What does the organization I refer get?
The organization you refer gets their first $600 worth of supervision sessions on us — roughly 5 individual sessions, 3 dyad sessions, or 2 group sessions. It’s a no-risk way for them to try Motivo before committing to anything.
How will I be paid?
Rewards are paid out automatically — you’ll receive an email when a payout is triggered. No need to follow up or submit anything manually.
How can I track my referrals?
Once you sign up, you’ll have access to your own referral portal where you can see the status of every referral and any rewards owed to you.
