Booking an intro call

1. Navigate to https://motivohealth.com/

2. Click "Login"

3. Click "For supervisees"

4. Enter your email address and password

5. Select the dropdown arrow in the far right corner next to your name

6. Click "Browse directory"

7. Filter by state, license, specialty and modality

8. Select "View profile"

9. Click "Schedule introduction"

10. Click "Schedule call"

11. Complete the form fields, then select next

12. Select at least 5 times across 3 days and click submit

13. Your supervisor will review your request and will get back to you as soon as possible!
