Setting Up a Stripe Account for Payment

Motivo utilizes Stripe to pay our supervisors 48 hours after completing a supervision session.

What do I need to do?

If you are still set up with Bill, you'll need to switch over to Stripe.

To get paid with Stripe, just head over to the dashboard and click on the notification on the top of the page. You can also access it through an email in your inbox.

What information will I need to provide?

In order to set up with Stripe, you'll need to provide this information:

  • Bank account and routing number
  • Business name, entity type, address and tax ID #
  • Full name, address, social security or employer identification number

What can I expect after setting up my account?

  • Once you've put your information into Stripe, you'll start to receive your payouts within 48 hours after marking attendance!
  • If you have any sessions this month that have taken place but you have not received payments for, you'll still receive your supervisor report at the end of the month. However, it will only show sessions that have not been paid out yet.
  • You will be paid for those sessions in a lump sum through Stripe.
  • For this to happen, you must put your information into Stripe! If you don't, you won't receive any payments.

Do you still need a Bill account?

No, you do not.
