How do I express interest & start the evaluation process?

Once you've reviewed the details of an opportunity, you must express interest within 24 hours if you find it aligns with your qualifications and availability.

To express interest and begin the evaluation process, follow these steps

  • Click "I am Interested" if the opportunity is a good fit. This action moves you to the evaluation stage where you can ask questions, chat with the account manager or employer, and schedule an intro call if necessary.
  • Click "Decline" if the opportunity does not fit your current availability or interests.

What happens in the evaluation stage?

In the evaluation stage, you have several options to ensure a thorough understanding and fit before proceeding with a match:

Immediate matching: If the opportunity allows immediate matching and you feel confident, press the 'Match' button to start the supervision. Introductory calls Required If the opportunity requires an introductory call, you must first request this call before you can proceed to match. This stage ensures you are well-prepared and informed before committing to the supervision process. Chat options: You can initiate a chat directly from the dashboard with either the supervisee or the account manager. This allows the opportunity to discuss any questions or clarifications.
