Group Chat allows you to message multiple supervisees in a single conversation. It’s especially helpful when supervisees are already connected through a session or opportunity.

Once a group chat is created, all included supervisees can participate in the same conversation.
As supervision groups change, you can update who’s included in a group chat.
From an existing chat, you can add or remove supervisees at any time. When adding someone, you choose whether to:

After you send a chat message, the supervisee receives an email notification letting them know they have a new message in their dashboard.
Chat also shows system messages when participants are added or removed. You’ll see a notification indicator in your dashboard when new messages arrive.

Who can be included in a group chat? Only supervisees from the same organization or self-pay group can be included. ** Can I mix supervisees from different opportunities in one chat?** No. Chats created from sessions or opportunities stay limited to that specific context.
What happens when a supervision match ends? The supervisee is removed from shared group chats. They can still view past messages but can’t send new ones.
Can I upload files in Chat? File uploads aren’t supported at this time.
