Chat with supervisors (employers)

Why use the chat feature?

The chat feature in your dashboard allows you to communicate directly with the Motivo supervisors who work with your organization.

Follow these steps to access your messages:

1. Navigate to your dashboard using this link
2. Click on your name in the top right side of your dashboard. A drop down will appear and you will see Messages as shown below.

How will you know if you have a new message?

You'll receive an email that notifies you of a new message in your inbox. You'll also be a notification by your name in your dashboard.

Can I upload or attach a document to my message?

At this time you're not able to upload or attach any documents to the chat.
