About Motivo

Motivo Health is helping solve the nation’s behavioral health crisis by supporting therapists through the licensure process. Similar to doctors going through residency, therapists must complete two years of supervised experience following graduate school. Historically, these hours had to be completed in person, but the rise of digital health now allows supervision to occur virtually in most states. Motivo partners with over 140 community mental health organizations, treatment centers, digital health companies, and health plans to provide virtual access to quality, vetted clinical supervisors across all 50 states. Learn more in this video.

Motivo Health is in the midst of a thrilling expansion phase, marked by strategic partnerships with major players in the behavioral healthcare ecosystem, including large health systems and influential telehealth platforms.

As we broaden our reach, we are deepening our roots in the supervision landscape by productizing our deep knowledge of clinical supervision. Our goal is to revolutionize the field with innovative technology, making the long, complicated process of clinical supervision as straightforward as possible for both therapists and supervisors.

For an incoming VP of Product, this presents a unique chance to lead the charge in creating and refining cutting-edge products that set new standards for excellence in the industry. Your vision and leadership will be instrumental in driving Motivo Health's mission forward, shaping the future of how therapists achieve licensure and, ultimately, ensuring better access to quality behavioral health care.
