Why Motivo Health?

Scott believes there is nothing more invigorating and satisfying than working to solve complex and difficult challenges in healthcare with a group of highly intelligent, dedicated, and passionate people.

Scott recognizes that one of the most pressing needs in mental health care is the critical shortage of licensed mental health therapists and he is excited that Motivo Health directly solves this problem by providing the clinical supervision hours therapists and social workers need to obtain state licensure.

Scott is eager to leverage his healthcare experience to focus on these areas:

  • Continuously monitor the healthcare industry and analyze opportunities where Motivo Health can provide a tangible workforce solution for community mental health organizations, treatment centers, healthcare and hospital systems, digital health companies, health plans and payers, and government entities.
  • Establish relationships with behavioral health employers to ensure needs are met and that we are exceeding expectations, while also listening and responding via product development and Voice of the Customer feedback.
  • Implement the most effective growth strategies and business models that make sense for Motivo Health, our customer’s supervisors, and partners.

Our Goals at Motivo Health:

Scott will ensure that Motivo Health remains the market leader in our space by:

  • Deepening our work with our current behavioral health employers providing additional clinical supervision, continuing education opportunities, and other workforce solutions.
  • Building new relationships with behavioral health employers, payers, and partners across the country.
